Hanako is running

An important goal of Hanako’s check-ups is to derive appropriate lifestyle recommendations for the participants from survey data and the results of medical examinations. One of the most common recommendations is regular endurance training to improve cardiovascular health.

Of course, we would also like to set an example in this respect. On June 1st 2017 we participated in the team run of Team2Run in Munich’s Westpark. We completed the mixed 4 x 5 km team relay without any problems in warm weather and were very happy about the moral and acoustic support of colleagues and partners.
